Free Returns On All Orders
Returns & Exchanges within the United States
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. We are happy to provide you with another size or color should you need a change. You can begin processing your return or exchange by emailing customerservice@livelyandfinn.com. Please include your order number in your email for easy identification.
*Custom Sweaters are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective Items
If you received merchandise that is damaged or defective, you must notify Customer Service within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Please provide pictures of the damage, along with your request to exchange the item. Lively & Finn will not be responsible for damages caused by improper care or mishandling of the merchandise.
Shipping You Return
Upon emailing to initiate a return or exchange, shipping instructions will be provided to the customer via email. When shipping, please include a copy of your original receipt for easy identification of your order. When exchanging, your new merchandise will ship upon arrival of your return. Please allow two weeks for your exchange to be processed by customer service.
